Tip: Suns
The Suns are building nicely and have turned the Gold Coast into a genuine home fortress. Melbourne have looked disjointed and vulnerable under pressure. The Suns' youth and energy could cause serious problems—this is the value tip of the round.
🦅Hawthorn Hawks vs North Melbourne Kangaroos
Tip: Hawks
North are showing some fight but remain winless, and Hawthorn have been more competitive week to week. Expect the Hawks’ midfield to control the tempo and bank a crucial win at home.
🥧 Collingwood Magpies vs West Coast Eagles
Tip: Collingwood
Even with injuries, the Pies are too disciplined and deep for a rebuilding West Coast. This one could get ugly. Collingwood by plenty, with a percentage boost on the cards.
🐦⬛Richmond Tigers vs Adelaide Crows
Tip: Crows
Richmond’s injury woes and lack of scoring options make this a tough ask. Adelaide, while inconsistent, have more to play for and should bring intensity from the first bounce. The Crows’ pressure and forward structure should be enough.
⚓Fremantle Dockers vs St Kilda Saints
Tip: Dockers
Fremantle are a different beast at Optus. St Kilda continue to struggle converting inside 50s and can’t afford to let the Dockers dominate at stoppages. Freo should grind this one out.
