5. Hit "Start Rain" and watch the magic happen! ✨

Note: The moment you drop a Rain, the chat lights up with a message announcing the downpour! Players who manage to snag a piece will get a notification showing that fresh crypto has landed in their balance.

💦 How Do I Catch Rain Drops?

To be eligible for Rain, your account must be an active member of the SBX community. Activity is determined by the following:

• Chat participation: You need to have posted a message in chat within the last 3 hours before a Rain drop occurs.
• Wagering participation: You must have at least $1,000 USD in turnover over the past 7 days (no plebs 🚫).
• Verification requirements: If you’ve been asked to complete Level 2 Verification, it must be fully completed before you can catch Rain.

🔍 What Is Tipping?

Tipping is a simple way to send real, withdrawable funds to another SBX user.
It’s perfect for celebrating a clutch win, supporting a streamer, or giving props to someone who made your session more fun.

🎛️ How to Send a Tip

Sharing the love is easy:

1. Head to the user’s Profile tab or use the /tip command directly in chat.
2. Enter the amount you want to send.
3. Confirm using your one-time password (OTP) — the same step you use for withdrawals.
4. Boom. The recipient instantly gets a notification with your username and the amount.

Note: You can’t tip hidden profiles unless you’re interacting with them in chat (where their username is visible).

✅ Who Can Use the Tip Feature?

Both the sender and receiver must:

• Have an active account
  (Suspended, locked, or closed accounts can’t send or receive Tips.)
• Have no active Bet Smart tools
  (If you’re on a break or excluded, tipping won’t work.)
• Be properly verified
  • If Level 2 Verification is required and not completed, tipping is disabled.
  • Pending or failed verification also blocks Tips.

🚫 Why a Tip Might Fail

A Tip won’t go through if:

• Tipping is temporarily turned off platform-wide
• Either user is ineligible to send or receive Tips
• A Bet Smart tool is active
• An account is inactive

• Either account has reached its Tip limit
